“What Helped Me Today” Card

Small Wins, Big Shifts

_______________________________________________

🔹 Purpose: To help patients notice and name the small, often overlooked things that supported their well-being each day. Builds awareness, reinforces safety, and invites a mindset of growth rather than symptom-chasing.

🔹 Why This Matters: When pain becomes the main focus, it can eclipse progress. Noticing even one thing that helped re-centers the story around capacity and hope.

🌀 How to Use:

Place the card somewhere visible (mirror, fridge, notebook). Patients jot down a short response daily. Use as part of home programs or reflection journaling.
