Songs that help you feel present, supported, or calm.

2. Movement Playlist

Songs that invite gentle rhythm, flow, or confidence.

(E.g., nostalgic tracks, favorites from youth, upbeat but not intense)

3. Power Playlist

Songs that evoke strength, agency, or joy.

(E.g., songs that make you want to dance, lift, or smile)
